2.       What is HSPA+ and how is it related to the Samsung Galaxy SII?? 

·         HSPA+ means High Speed Packet Access which is a technology classified as ‘4G’ by the International Telecommunications Union.  The Samsung Galaxy SII is classified as a HSPA+ Smartphone which is compatible with the 4G (HSPA+) technology.   This translates to faster data processing for emails, multimedia uploads and downloads.

3.       What is the original postpaid price of the Samsung Galaxy SII?

·         The regular recommended retail price for the Samsung Galaxy SII is

o   CI$679 postpaid or

o   CI$639 prepaid

4.       Do I have to sign up on a new postpaid plan to avail of this offer?

9.       What are the requirements of signing up?

In order to deliver the best value to our customers, Digicel requires the following:

·         Must sign a 12 month postpaid contract.

·         Must be resident in the Cayman Islands.

·         Must present a valid national ID.

·         Minimum of $200 security deposit.

o   Customers who have been good standing postpaid Digicel customers for 18 months or more will not be required to pay the difference on the deposit.

·         Must purchase Samsung Galaxy SII at time of signing up for new contract.

10.   Are there any penalties for cancelling my contract?

·         Yes.  Customers who sign up for this plan, must complete their contract and would be held liable for charges incurred on the full duration of the contract.
