A. Digicel customers receive an additional 100% of their online prepaid recharge (Top Up) purchase of CI$20 (US$25) or more, when they Top Up via Digicel Cayman web-based Top-up portal.
2. What are the key offerings in this promotion?
A.
· Customers will receive an additional 100% of the amount on their online Top Up purchases of CI$20 or more made during this period.
For example:
. Customer tops up relative in Jamaica with $20 online. Customer in Jamaica gets $20 in Main Account and $20 in Dedicated Bonus Account # 2. Total credit received is CI$40 (JMD equivalent less tax), from Digicel.
· Your bonus credit will expire in fourteen (14) days from date of online purchase.
· Bonus credit is valid for local Digicel to Digicel calls and calls to any Digicel number in the Caribbean. (EXCLUDING Haiti, Antigua and Guyana).
3. Who is excluded from this promotion?
A. Once you are a prepaid Digicel Cayman customer or registered Digicel Online Top up customer, you can benefit from our Double-Bubble Online Top Up promotion. To benefit, you must possess an active Digicel phone with SIM and purchase Online Top-up of $20 or more up.
4. Where can I call with this free bonus credit from Digicel?
A. Bonus credit is valid for local Digicel to Digicel calls and calls to any Digicel number in the Caribbean. (EXCLUDING Haiti, Antigua and Guyana)
5. Is there a time limit or expiry period on the bonus credit?
A. Yes. Bonus credit received is valid for fourteen days from date and time of Top Up purchase.
6. May I transfer credit from one Digicel SIM to another?
A. No. Transferring credit from the Bonus account is not permitted.
7. How long will this promotion last?
A. This promotion currently has no end date. The public will be advised of changes.
8. How do I know how much credit I have in my Bonus account?
A. To check the balance of your bonus credit, simply type *120*2# and the credit balance in your bonus account will appear on screen of your phone.
9. Will I be able to choose the SIM account that charges are made to whilst benefiting from this promotion?
A. No. By default, credit in your bonus account (#2) is always the first chargeable SIM account for calls made. After your bonus credit has been depleted to $0.00, you are able to start using your regular Top-up credit amount. This has been designed to ensure that customers get the benefit of using their bonus credit before it expires and save on their expenditure on calls with Digicel.
*** Please note that bonus credit will only be charged for the first applicable calls made Digicel to Digicel local and calls to any Digicel number in the Caribbean . All other calls to other networks and excluded overseas locations are charged from your regular Main Account credit.
10. Does Double-Bubble Bonus credit apply to all Top-up purchases?
A. Digicel ‘Double-Bubble’ applies to Top-up purchases made via on-line web based portals such as www.digicelcayman.com and other websites displaying the Digicel Double-Bubble Top-up banner including via Digicel Cayman Facebook.
11. Is there a limit to the amount of online credit that I can purchase or the amount of bonus credit available?
A. There is no maximum limit on Top-up purchases. The minimum is CI$20 (US$25). The more you Top-up, the more credit received FREE.
12. How do I Top-up online?
A. Purchasing Top-up online is easy! Follow these simple steps:
i. Log on to www.digicelcayman.com or go straight to the Digicel Top-up landing page at: http://www.digicelcayman.com/en/services/topping_up/online_ top_up
ii. Register for free in just a few seconds.
iii. Enter your 7-digit Digicel mobile phone number.
iv. Select a top up value and click “Next”.
v. Enter your credit card information then select “Pay”.
vi. A receipt will be shown on the computer and the mobile phone will receive an SMS confirmation message.
