PAYING YOUR BILL IS EASY!

 

 BILL PAYMENT METHODS

1.         Direct Debit Payments - Have your bill paid automatically each month directly from your bank account.  Go to any Digicel dealer store and request a “Direct Debit Mandate” form, complete and return to your Digicel store.

 

2.         Direct Deposits at Butterfield Bank (Cayman) Ltd.  -   Go to any Butterfield Bank (Cayman) Limited with a copy of bill, and instruct the teller that you would like to deposit a postpaid phone bill payment directly to Digicel’s account.

 

3.         Cheque by mail -  Detach the remittance slip from monthly statement and attach it to your cheque payment.   Mail to Digicel, P.O. Box 700 GT, Grand Cayman KY1-1107, Cayman Islands.

 

4.         In-Store Payment   -  Using cash, cheque, credit or debit card, go to your nearest Digicel dealer store and inform the Digicel representative that you would like to pay your postpaid bill.  For all dealer stores that are equipped to handle bill payment, call 100 for details.   

 

PLEASE NOTE:

·         Effective March  1, 2010, all monthly statements that are sent via the post will be charged a monthly fee of $2.00.  We encourage you to “Go Green” by signing up for e-billing in order to preserve our planet and its resources.

·         If you wish to check your postpaid balance, dial *130# and press “SEND.”  Your total postpaid balance will be sent to your mobile phone.  

·         You can view your bill online at: www.digicelcayman.com.  Click “Online Bill View.”

·         To receive your monthly statement via email, please contact Digicel’s Customer Care at 345-623-3444 from landlines or 100 from mobiles, or by email to cayman.ebill@digicelgroup.com.

 

To avoid any service interruptions, please make payments within 30 DAYS of Invoice Date.
