DID YOU KNOW THERE ARE 5 WAYS TO PAY YOUR BILL:

 

 

1)  ONLINE INTERNET BANKING

Digicel bills can be paid online at most major Cayman Islands Commercial banks. Simply log on to your banking interface and select Digicel Cayman as Payee. Click to select your bank:

           
 
For further information on how to set up Digicel Cayman as your payee for online banking, email the name of your bank to us at cayman.customercare@digicelgroup.com or call 100. 


 2) DIRECT DEBIT

Simply complete the Direct Debit Mandate Form provided at any Digicel location. It is important that a minimum balance is maintained in your account to cover your bills. Participating banks for Digicel Direct Debit include:

  •    Cayman National Bank
  •    Fidelity Cayman Islands
  •     Bank of Butterfield Cayman Ltd.
  •    Scotiabank Cayman
  •    First Caribbean Bank (Cayman) Ltd.
  •    Royal Bank of Canada (Cayman)

 

3)   BY PHONE

You can pay Digicel bills via telephone. Please call Digicel’s 24-hour Customer Care at 1-345-623-3444 from landlines or 100 from mobiles to pay by Debit or Credit cards. Digicel accepts most major card providers including Mastercard, Visa and American Express (AMEX). 

*N.B. Digicel accepts cash and cheques (Cayman Islands Dollars and United States Dollars).
 
4) RETAIL STORES

Visit any of our retail locations to pay your bill and one of our Sales and Service Representatives will be happy to assist. You can pay at any of the following locations:

Digicel Royale Plaza- 9:00 am-6:00 pm Mon-Sat

Digicel AL Thompson’s - 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Mon-Sat

Checking Your Bills

1.   ONLINE

You can view your Digicel bills online at:www.digicelcayman.com. Click “Online Bill View.”

Please have your account number available for the first time you login. Your account number is located in the top right corner of any past bill or written on your Digicel Service Agreement for new customers.

 

2.      DIGICEL e-BILLS

To receive your monthly statement via email, please request Digicel E-Bill via email to:

        cayman.customercare@digicelgroup.com  

Your Digicel bill will be sent via an emailed statement (Adobe pdf format) to the email address on your account. To avoid service interruptions, please pay within 30 DAYS.
Please be reminded to add the above email address to your "safe" list and not "junk” email to ensure the ebills are not being blocked upon arrival to your inbox. 

3.      POST

You may receive your Digicel bills via post. There is a monthly fee of CI$2.00 for printed bills. We encourage you to “Go Green” by signing up for Digicel E-Bill to preserve our planet.

 

4.      BILL BALANCE ENQUIRY   

  • Phone Short-code Query by dialing *130# and press “SEND” to receive your balance.
  • Toll Free Customer Care Query by calling 100.
